Force-quit the app and relaunch. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in — that triggers a fresh content load. If that still doesn't fix it, please report it to support with your device + iOS version.
Scores submit when you finish a hand with an internet connection. If you played offline, the score is held locally and submits next time you sign in online. If a submitted score is missing after 24 hours, contact support.
Try lowering your device's Low Power Mode if it's on, and close background apps. The 3D table is most demanding on older devices — if it's persistently slow on your hardware, let us know your model and we'll see if there's a way to scale it down.
